FOX TAIL
A LONGER INVESTIGATION OF REFSHALE ISLAND
On Refshale Island, Daily Fiction has created several works in collaboration with Metropolis 2020-2024.
We have encountered an island in rapid transformation – a place that calls for us as humans to see where we stand in order to move forward wisely. And a sanctuary that we as artists can help insist on and raise awareness about.
FOX TAIL is a 3-year artistic study of Refshale Island, that runs 2025-27. In collaboration with Metropolis, we will recycle and elaborate on previous work at the site as well as create new. It will take the shape of actions, dialogues, workshops, artistic walks and more.
In interaction with the site, audience, students, researchers, etc. we will use art to learn more about the place and at the same time use the place as a lens to discover ourselves and our time in new ways.

EN LÆNGERE UNDERSØGELSE AF REFSHALEØEN
På Refshaleøen har Daily Fiction i samarbejde med Metropolis skabt flere værker over de seneste år. Vi har mødt en ø i hastig forvandling – et sted, der kalder på, at vi som mennesker ser, hvor vi står, for at kunne bevæge os klogt videre. Og et fristed, vi som kunstnere kan være med til at insistere på og skabe opmærksomhed om.
RÆVSHALE er en 3-årig kunstnerisk undersøgelse af Refshaleøen, 2025-27.
I samarbejde med Metropolis recirkulerer og videreudvikler vi vores tidligere arbejde på stedet, som vil tage form af nye vandringer, aktioner, samtaler, talks og workshops.
I samspil med stedet, publikum, studerende, kunstnere og forskere bruger vi kunst til at blive klogere på et sted og bruger samtidig stedet som linse til at opdage os selv og vores samtid på nye måder.
